Requirements for Presenting Authors:

• Presenting authors of conference contributions (long papers, short papers, late−breaking datasets, posters/demos, and panels) are required to register for the in-person conference.
• Authors must indicate their submission number during the registration process and are expected to present in person.

A conference attendee may register for up to 3 activities:

• In-Person Conference [including doctoral consortium] or Online Conference (Dec 16-19, Monday-Thursday)
• Workshops/Winter Institute (Dec 19-20, Thursday afternoon and Friday the whole day)
• Tutorials (Dec 16, Monday)

For example, Mr Einstein wants to join the In-Person Conference, a tutorial on Monday and the Winter Institute on Thursday and Friday. He has to register and pay for all 3 activities. Registering as an early bird can save him a lot of money.

Online-Only Registration:

• Please note that online-only registration is available for attendees only and is not applicable for presenters.

In-Person Conference Registration:

• Your In-Person Conference Registration does not include access to Workshops or the Winter Institute. Separate registration is required for these programs.
No banquet tickets are included in single-day registrations.

Workshops:

• All Workshops are offered in a hybrid format, allowing participation either in-person or online.
• If you wish to attend both the Workshop and Winter Institute, please just register once to join both programs.
